Lahat ng Kabanata ng THE MAFIA QUEEN: Kabanata 21 - Kabanata 30

Sebastians PoV"I did what I had to do now fuck off," I growled out at Lucas and Dorian. They glared at me from across my desk. It was no secret that they had taken a liking to her. I had too (a tiny bit) but no one needs to know that."You did not have to bring her here or say that to Arianna!," Dorian argued, his protective side coming out. He's protective of her.I clenched my jaw. "I really hope you aren't letting your feelings get in the way of our plan."He shook his head in disbelief before letting out a scoff. "She didn't do anything. It's her dad’s fault so why the fuck is she suffering?""Collateral damage," I shrugged. I watched as he clenched then unclenched his fists clearly trying to stop himself from doing something he'd regret."Do you think Adrian would want you ruining an innocent persons life all for him? How do you think Arianna will feel once she finds out what you've done? I can guarantee that you won't see her or Killian ever again."Talking about Adrian was a l

I stared down at my hands that held the gun that just shot Santiago. I wasn't sure if he was alive or dead but I had a feeling he was dead.I glanced at Sebastian to see his mouth moving but I couldn't hear anything coming out. It looked like he was running towards me in slow motion but I knew he wasn't. In a blink of an eye, Sebastian stood in front of me. He slowly began to pry the gun out of my hand. I took a quick step backwards, snapping out of my thoughts. He looked at me with his eyes wide as I pointed the gun at him. This is all his fault. If he had said at the alter that he didn't want to marry me, then all of this could've been avoided. He wouldn't have found out about my past."Put the gun down," he said slowly as he took a step forwards. I stayed still and switched the safety off. "You're not gonna shoot me." That was my last straw. Santiago was pissing me off and the fact that I killed him. Mix both of those together and you end up with a girl who's pissed off at herself

"What the fuck were you thinking?," I clenched my jaw as I spoke to Dorian. Who knew how well I could control my anger? I sure as hell didn't. If he pulled this shit a couple of years ago, he would've been dead on the spot. Friend or not.He let out an annoyed sigh before glancing up at Lucas. "Lucas, you'd do the same right?," he asked him, pleading with his eyes. Lucas clearly didn't know the right answer to that question. His Adam's apple bobbed up and down as his eyes darted around the room. Finally, his mouth opened."No comment," he simply said. We both narrowed our eyes at him."You're not being interrogated, dumbass. Just answer the fucking question," I hissed out."Less of the 'tude or you're not getting ur damn answer," he retorted. I let out a frustrated sigh before running a hand down my face."I like her," he began and I already knew he was siding with Dorian. "I don't want to see her get hurt.""She's not gonna get hurt. It's her family. Her dad. All I care about is h

"Sebastian, stop acting like a jerk," I mumbled as I held the glass filled with wine to my lips. He looked at me amused before wiping his face clean of any emotion as he realised we were in a public place with dangerous people, people who are even more dangerous than Sebastian and I combined. We were at the dinner or party with a bunch of other mafias. I've only been to a couple of theses things before but I rarely went. I watched as Sebastians mother mingled in perfectly with the other stuck up bitches -ahem- I mean women.Sebastian, his mother, Dorian, Lucas and I were the only ones from his mafia to come. I would've thought he would bring some bodyguards or security with him but he chose not to. Pretty stupid if you ask me."It doesn't bite," he mumbled in my ear as he leaned down to reach it. I glanced down at my glass before turning my head to face his."I'm not an adult," I told him. He narrowed his eyes at me."So? You're a killer. This whole room is crawling with killers and y

Daphne’s PoV"Sebastian! Stop walking away from me!," I yelled as I watched him walk further and further away from me. I let out a sigh and threw myself back into the couch, instantly regretting having to be the one to tell him.I called him after I found out the truth and before I knew it, he was on the next flight over here. Of course, I didn't tell him over the phone.Lucas slumped down next to me, not being his usual happy self."My face hurts," he grumbled as I examined the bruise on his eye. I felt like saying'serves you right' but Lucas didn't deserve that."Why is it so hard for him to accept the truth?,"I asked no one in particular as I thought out loud."Maybe because he grew up thinking this. In fact, we all did," Lucas told me honestly, actually being serious for once. It's hard to believe that he was born in the mafia because he's so bubbly but Dorian on the other hand is easy to believe."Yeah," I mumbled. "I'll see you later. I gotta go talk to him." I stood up from
