Chapter 42Sucks For You, I'm Gay“Please let me go, man. I promise you, I'll never step foot in K3 again,” the man pleaded. He was bloodied all over and covered in bruises, two black eyes, swollen cheeks and knocked out teeth. Artemis leaned against the way, gun resting against his chin as he wore a thoughtful expression.“True, but it's not like I can't just take your word for it, you know? Your boss will simply discard you and get someone else to replace you and continue bothering K3. Dying now shouldn't be a problem, it's the only choice you get to have, because you die either way." The man's eyes looked haunted. He knew Artemis was completely right, which was why he wanted to buy time and stall until the others arrived. He was very sure that they would deal with Artemis in no time and he would regain his boss's praise. “Please… spare me…” he pleaded. “I'll take everything I own and run away for good, I swear…”Artemis cocked his gun with a bored expression. “Well, I'm sorry I

Chapter 43A Sleep Disorder “All done.” Artemis dropped the pen, adding the last test sheet to the pile. From the corner of his eye, he could see Lucian passed out beside him. He turned to the man whose head was thrown back against the couch, hair sprawling on the chair as he slept in the awkward position. “And he promised he wouldn't pass out on me,” Artemis muttered, getting off the floor. He grabbed the throw pillows and arranged them into the size of an actual pillow, before moving Lucian's head carefully onto them. He walked to the kitchen to get himself a bottle of water from the fridge. “God, this sucks,” he muttered before uncapping the bottle. He gulped more than half of the bottle before returning to the living room. Since there was nothing to do, he looked through Lucian's presentation and it turned out to be pretty easy, so he began working to finish it up as well. By the time he was done with all three presentations, he stared at the ceiling blankly. What was he

Chapter 45You Taste Addictive It started out as a slow careful touch. Yet the sensation that came with the tenderness that sent an overwhelming sensation through Lucian's nerves. He tried not to react. Not yet at least. Artemis fingers traced his hardened length, brushing gently like it was something fragile. Lucian gulped hard as heat pulsed through his veins. When last had something touched him so gently?Right! He avoided all forms of intimacy like a plague. All because he wanted to stay loyal. He never felt the need to compromise as the years went by. He couldn't bring himself to crave the touch of another…So what the hell was this? Why was he fumbling ten years of abstinence for an insufferable brat?Guilt clawed at his chest as her beautiful face flashed in his head. He was just about to pull away from Artemis when a wave of pleasure exploded inside him as the moist palm rubbed around his cap. He let out a groan and Artemis looked up to see his expression. A satisfactory

Chapter 47Making Him FallMelinda's face flushed with embarrassment at the way Artemis addressed her before the students. She could hear the mocking whispers and it made her so mad but she couldn't afford to lose her cool now. Not when she desperately needed to save face. “You know your father would be displeased if he found out you shunned me in public,” Melinda said. That was enough to trigger another round of whispers as the students' curiosity piqued. They wanted to know how the new girl managed to know Artemis' father. “You can go ahead and tell him, see if I care,” Artemis said coldly and walked past her. Melinda's fists clenched hard. She didn't understand why he was being so difficult. She was a decent girl with class and affluence, a dream of many men. What more could he possibly want? She didn't let his behavior deter her, nonetheless. The more he resisted, the more attracted she was to him. Having a man reject her so blatantly when there were many begging to have her

Chapter 49Meanwhile, Lucian had packed up and headed for his office through the other door so he had no idea about the commotion in the hallway. He met his door unlocked but before he could even reason it, he was pulled in and the door clicked shut behind him. All the window blinds were down and the lights shut so the office was very dark. He didn't even get the chance to drop his bag when he was shoved against the wall.Lucian was ready to immediately counter but that milky scent infiltrated the room.“Artemis, what do you think you're…” he didn't get to complete the sentence as the boy's lips crashed harshly on his. Lucian immediately stiffened, disoriented by the aggressive kiss. His arms rested on Artemis' chest, ready to push him away but paused when he felt the crazy rate at which the boy's heart was beating. What the hell has gotten into him this time? When Artemis nibbed his lower lip hard because he wouldn't give in, Lucian's hand shot up his neck and in a fleeting moment
