Lahat ng Kabanata ng HOT BODIES AND BOARDROOMS : Kabanata 11 - Kabanata 20

CHAPTER ELEVENDENNIS POVI noticed the door to my bedroom was opened just slightly when I awakened from slumber and sat upright in bed. There was maybe a notable two inches gap between the door and the frame. It was obvious enough for me to feel the cold air coming in from the living room even before I saw the slight gap.I stayed still for a moment with my brain going over whether I had or hadn't shut the door when I came in last night to sleep. My head didn't come up blank.Instead, memories confirming I had shut the bedroom door flooded my head."What the fuck?" I mused.I slid out of bed and slipped my feet into the padded house slippers waiting there. Then I was moving right out of the bedroom and through the hallway before I even saw it.I stood frozen. The front door was ajar too.My heart started to beat hard and fast like an angry cheetah deep inside of my chest. What was going on?My brain chose the wrong time to remind me that I had also been followed by a car last night.

CHAPTER THIRTEEN DOMINIC POVTwenty minutes—that was exactly how long I had lost control right here with Dennis.I had checked the time before and after the whole stuff had happened here.My hands reached for the box of tissues sitting there to wipe my desk. His cum on the desk and on my hands made my own dick throb inside my pants.I discarded the thick wad of fast soaking tissues into the dustbin and then went to wash my hands in the toilet sink. When I returned, I sat behind my desk with a deep sigh leaving my lips.I counted it back precisely to be sure it was really twenty minutes from the moment my hand had settled at his waist.Right up to the moment I had taken a step back from him to straighten my suit jacket and told myself that it was over.Twenty minutes was too long.I lasted another ten minutes in my seat with my boner before I abruptly stood up.My feet hurried my body to the private bathroom adjoining my office. My hands were shaking when I clicked the door shut right

CHAPTER FIFTEENDOMINIC'S POVMy ears had heard him stop in the doorway before he had pushed the door open.I already knew it was him. Probably because I had somehow heard and recognized his footsteps from his slow descent down the hall way. There was something about the way they always dragged when he was deciding something as he walked. I had noticed Dennis never did anything without a small internal argument first. It was one of the things I had noticed early since he had become my liaison. An interesting man he was.I kept my eyes on the folder in front of me when he came into the room. Something in me rejoiced.Something in me had been waiting.Something in me knew he would come. And here he was.I lifted my head and spoke."Dennis."His eyes grew dark with something I didn't dare to name at this point in time."Shut the door."He closed the door behind him."You are still here," he said.I nodded slightly."So are you," I replied. He didn't have a response to that. I turned

CHAPTER SEVENTEENDOMINIC'S POVThe report I had patiently been waiting for came in at six forty in the morning. My head of digital security sent it without commentary. That meant he already knew I would understand the significance without needing it to be explained to me. Dennis had accessed four restricted financial pathways using his liaison credentials the night before. The timestamps ran from around two in the morning to just past four am.He had been awake in the middle of the night digging through my accounts. For what reason?I read through the access log twice and then set it down on my desk.I was not angry. That was the first thing I checked in myself and it surprised me slightly. I had expected to feel the particular cold irritation that came whenever someone moved in a direction I had not authorized. Instead what I felt was something closer to appreciation. He had found six of the flagged transfers. Then nine more. Then he had traced one of the receiving accounts all th

CHAPTER NINETEENDOMINIC POVDennis.I had watched him when he reached for his fourth glass and said nothing because I had already stopped him once and didn't want to again. That had been about control, and about making sure he understood who set the pace between us. But this was different. He was not drinking recklessly now, but rather he was drinking the way that people did when they were trying to make something loud inside of their heads go quiet and give them peace. What was he silencing? What was he shutting out with the alcohol? The party? The people? Me?I couldn't tell. But there was something else and I recognised it because I had done the same thing whenever I was in rooms such as and not unlike this one. That's why I let go.I let him have it.He loosened by degrees after each of the glass he downed. And his broad shoulders had dropped from that tenseness hidden inside. I liked this version better. The one I had met at the bar.Dennis with the smile. The jaw which had
