Athena P.O.V.“Last night, after midnight, vampires overran the borders at Blue Light, killed some of the warriors and got access to the packgrounds. Your aunt and uncle of course evacuated the pack into the saferooms, while they themselves went out to investigate what was going on. Alec P.O.V.“Sophie, would you please escort my mother, sister and the rest of their group to the meeting room on the Alpha floor for me?” I ask my Gamma, and she nods, hurrying out of the living room. “And would you two please follow me?” I ask Chris and Naima, who also nod and move with me to the stairs.Maeve walks side by side with me, her emotions all over the place at the moment.
