Lahat ng Kabanata ng THE ALPHA KING'S REJECTED OMEGA QUEEN: Kabanata 11 - Kabanata 20

My mother's face had gone white as she was terrified. The fear in her eyes hit me harder than anything that had happened since I entered the sanctuary. For years, I had imagined what it would feel like to see her again. I had imagined tears, relief, love I had never imagined fear. "Mother," my voice shook, the entire chamber remained silent. Nobody seemed willing to interrupt whatever was happening between us. She took another step backward, "Tanya..."The way she said my name made my stomach twist, "what do you mean?" I demanded. "What do you mean that isn't the wolf you sealed?" Her eyes remained fixed on me or rather, on whatever she could see inside me. "The wolf I sealed was silver" confusion flooded through me. "What?" "The wolf born with you." I stared at her,"my wolf." "Yes." My mother looked physically ill. "The wolf you were born with carried the blood of the Moon Queens. She was powerful, but she was still a wolf."A terrible silence followed then she whispered the words

The letter slipped from my fingers, my mother, Selene had my mother. For several seconds, I couldn't breathe, the campfire crackled nearby, warriors stood frozen. Rowan looked ready to tear the entire kingdom apart with his bare hands. Even Kael's face had darkened into something dangerous.Nobody spoke, nobody needed to, the message had accomplished exactly what Selene intended; panic, chaos and worst of all hope. Because if Selene had my mother, it meant she was alive, the realization made my chest ache. "Where is she?" I whispered, Rowan clenched his jaw, "we don't know." Hours ago, I had finally found her again and now she was gone again. The journey to Blackstone Palace became urgent.Gone were the moments of laughter and teasing around campfires. Gone were the small conversations that had begun making me feel normal. Every rider pushed harder and every scout moved faster. By dawn, Shadowfang Palace came into view. The enormous structure overlooked Blackstone City from a rocky

The photograph trembled in my hands as I stared at it so long my eyes began to hurt. Two babies. Two identical bundles wrapped in silver blankets. My mother smiled down at them, her expression was full of love and she looked proud, happy. Nothing like the frightened queen I had met inside the sanctuary, my chest tightened painfully. Because there was only one question that mattered, who was the second child? I had spent my entire life believing I was an only child, an unwanted Omega, a mistake now I wasn't even sure of my own birth. The note beside the photograph felt heavier than stone. Your mother lied. Five simple words that shattered everything. I could not close my eyes; sleep never came. By sunrise, I was already marching through Blackstone Palace. The photograph remained clutched tightly in my hand. Servants stepped aside when they saw my expression, a wise choice because I wasn't in the mood for politeness. I pushed open the doors to the strategy chamber Kael looked u

The room fell silent not the ordinary kind of silence but the kind that came when an entire world shifted beneath your feet and nobody knew what to say next. The image had already vanished from the screen, but Tanya could still see the girl's face as clearly as if she were standing in front of her. Silver eyes. Black hair. The exact same face she had seen every time Nyx appeared inside her mind. "No." The word slipped from Tanya's lips before she could stop it.Around her, nobody moved, the technicians sat frozen before their crystal screens. Rowan stood beside the central table with one hand braced against the edge. Even Kael looked stunned. The only sound inside the archive chamber came from the low hum of magical servers hidden beneath the floor. "Replay it." Rowan's voice cracked through the silence. Immediately, the technicians obeyed. Ancient runes glowed across the crystal monitors as the recording restarted. Tanya's mother appeared again, younger and frightened, standing inside

The growl echoed through the underground chamber. Not loud. Not at first. But powerful enough to make every warrior in the room instinctively reach for a weapon. Tanya couldn't move. Her eyes remained locked on the creature standing behind Astra. The First Wolf. The monster was unlike anything she had ever seen. Even the Dragon Wolf looked small beside it. Silver-black fur covered a body larger than a war beast. Ancient scars crossed its massive frame like marks left by forgotten wars. Its eyes glowed with a terrifying silver light that seemed older than the moon itself. The creature wasn't looking at Rowan. Or Kael. Or any of the warriors. It was staring directly at Tanya. "Impossible," one of the scholars whispered. Astra smiled. The expression instantly made Tanya hate her. There was something wrong about that smile. Something unnatural. Something that reminded her of a beautiful knife. Sharp. Deadly. Cold. "Hello, sister." The word hit Tanya like a slap. Kael immediately step
