Lahat ng Kabanata ng Game of Confessions: Kabanata 1 - Kabanata 8

As everyone gathered, my husband's former flame and my daughter's psychotherapist, May Lowe, stood up, looking sharp in her white suit as she announced mildly, "Thank you everyone for coming. We're here for my best friend, Holly Summer."Since her daughter Nana died, she has been overcome with grief, and it hurts me to see her like that. That's why as a psychotherapist, I want to help her by having a game of confessions. Everyone will share a story about Nana—something you regret and feel lingering guilt over."Then, you will ask Holly for forgiveness, and those bittersweet moments will help Holly truly overcome her grief."May then turned to my husband, Josh Graham, her smile as pure as an angel. "What do you think, Josh?"Josh's eyes had been glued to her the whole time as he smiled lovingly. "Sure, you're the professional here."Molly pouted at him before turning to me, "What about you, Holly? Is this okay with you?""Of course," Josh answered before I could. "You're doing thi

The nurses quickly pushed me away from her, putting a muzzle on her to silence her while dragging her into the infirmary in our mansion."Stop! Let go!" I screamed. "Don't scare her!"No one listened, as all of them bought into May's diagnosis that Nana was a sociopath.Giving me looks of sympathy, they told me I was emotionally unstable and dragged me out of the room. Then, they started telling me that Nana was crazy, and that May must sedate her.In under ten minutes, Josh arrived home.May was dashing past me, bawling her eyes red as she threw herself into his arms, sniffling, "Nana had an episode and showed signs of self-harm… I had no choice but to increase her dose of sedatives, but it was too much and stopped her heart—you won't blame me, right?"Josh looked anguished as he held her tightly in his arms. "No, I'd never blame you. You've done what a doctor should do… If anyone's to blame, it's Holly for giving Nana her mental illness. She killed Nana."His accusation slice

On top of that, she was just a child and so well-behaved, but her own father…Shaking, I growled, "You will pay for Nana's death, Josh—"Bang!Pushed violently, I crashed into a table and dropped my phone.I turned to find May already behind me, her hands still outstretched after she pushed me.As for Josh, his face darkened the first time I said 'you knew', and he didn't even look at me as he picked up my phone.Smiling into the camera, he said nonchalantly, "Sorry, everyone. My wife has mental issues, and it was just a show to calm her down. We didn't mean to waste the public's time, so sorry about that."Turning it off, he breathed a long sigh in relief as he turned toward me with a strange smile. "I didn't want to do this, especially since we've been married for so long and you even gave me a child. Sure, you had to have a daughter, but you're young, so you can just have another."Suddenly, his face contorted with savagery as he continued, "But you didn't know your place an

Even as May recounted the past, her smile was clearly taunting me for being such a fool. But fortunately for me, I stopped loving Josh the moment Nana died. And right now, the man in question was almost having a nervous breakdown. "Shut up! Don't you dare tell her! Have I not been good enough to you—"Bang!"Argh!!!"Josh screamed as I shot him in the leg, sending him crashing painfully to the floor.Writhing in agony, he curled up over a puddle of his own blood.Still, the screams lasted for only three seconds as the deathly silence soon returned. My eyes as cold as ice, I glared at Josh. "I told you to pipe down."Then, I pointed my gun at May. "And? You were saying?"The silence in the room persisted, until May eventually spoke in a quivering voice. "Josh was already sick of being the perfect man less than a year after you married him. He told me himself that once you had a son, he'd divorce you and marry me, but you had to give birth to a useless daughter instead."Pau
