Harper’s POV My vision begins to blur at the edges, the grand, dimly lit corridor of the Crystal Theatre tilting on its axis as I watch the dark crimson stream of blood trail down Stephon’s pale chin. His shirt is completely soaked, the heavy fabric dripping liquid onto the polished stone floorboards with a soft, rhythmic patter. The thick, unmistakable stench of copper and stomach acid fills my nostrils, suffocating me. My knees go dangerously weak, my balance slipping, and I have to violently throw my hand out against the wall to brace myself.

Kendra was confused about what he said a while ago. Lendon nodded, looking for the film he’s mentioning. Soon, all lights were turned off, and the movie was on. This film had horrible background music and bloody scenes. Kendra stared at the screen while eating chips. As time passed by, the scenes became more and more morbid. Then, suddenly, a woman with a bloody face appeared. “Ah!” Lendon screamed as he saw the terrible face appear on the screen. “What are you doing? You scare me!” Kendra glared at him.

Molly shouted running to me, " Kiera...o my god.. SOMEONE! CALL THE AMBULANCE!!" I didn't know what happened to me afterwards. Molly's voice began to fade away from my ears slowly until I entered into the world of darkness.

He muttered and returned to his usual spot, behind the cash register. Chiara stumbled through the streets, ignoring the glances that people gave her. She was being stupid but she wasn’t ready to back there. Her stomach growled and her mouth had a lingering foul taste. She searched around frantically and ran towards a nearby bush, crouching in front of it. The sounds of her retching and gagging followed shortly after along with the faint smell of vomit. When she raised her head, people’s eyes were on her and her cheeks were flushed. She was sober enough to feel embarrassed but couldn’t stand up without stumbling.
