I picked up a carrot and started to peel it, the bright orange skin curling away. But then, suddenly while chopping the carrots, I slipped. The knife tore through the skin of my palm, and pain shot through me like a bolt of lightning. “Ow!” I exclaimed, instinctively pulling my hand back, cradling it against my chest. As I grabbed a paper towel to stop the bleeding, a chill ran down my spine…….a gut feeling that something was terribly wrong. “Roy… Collin…” I whispered, fear gripping my heart. Carol jumped across the table, passing through over fifty kinds of flowers, but it didn’t like any of them. It looked at the red tulip in my hand and jumped on my hand, chirping happily. “I knew it. Kaelan moved so he was sitting behind her, close enough that she felt the heat of him against her back. The waterfall roared around them, a cocoon of sound that made the world feel far away. He then glanced at what was in front of Ambrose. On the table were corn, peas, carrots, a bowl of mushroom soup, and a glass of milk. This was a specially prepared nutritious children's meal for Ambrose. Ambrose's gaze locked on the carrots in front of him. His expression turned cold and the air around him seemed to freeze. That's carrots! He hated carrots the most! Seeing him not eating, Larissa enquired, "Ross, why are you not eating? Don't you like this food?" Ambrose's cold and indifferent face disappeared. His clear eyes were watery, sulking. He looked at Larissa with a pitiful expression, as if he had suffered a great injustice.

Augustus groaned at his over acting and tossed him inside the house. "One bite on carpet and you will miss your teeth." He warned before disappearing in the forest. "Ouch! He is so heartless." Snow groaned when he fell on the floor. "Always tossing me around like a ball..." He complained. He ran inside the house. He was about to hide under the couch when he saw basket of Carrots on the kitchen counter. "Woah!" His mouth watered as he looked at fresh red carrots. He ran towards the kitchen with his tiny feet but before he could reach the basket Valerina snatched it away.

" OK! Let's go. Have your hot chocolate first. I will prepare everything!" So, she decides to prepare it by herself without any help from servants. However, she covered her mouth as she smelled something funky, and kinda hated the smell of food. " Mommy! We are done drinking." Maria places the tray on the table and walks towards her. " Can mommy not put carrots inside the meat this time?" Owen plays with his fingers while pouting. " How did you know I put carrots inside?" " I can smell it! I don't like carrots!" Oryx laughs, pinching his nose... " You two are picky eaters, aren't you? Look at your father, he eats everything. Veggies are delicious!"

She remarked in sarcasm. The maid returned with a bowl filled with carrots of different sizes. Kelvin watched her happily accept the bowl and for a moment, he thought that whatever he was thinking a while ago was just his on assumptions. She only mentioned carrots because she craved for it.. Until… He saw her desperately searching for something in the bowl. The moment she found it, a wide grin crossed her lips. She picked out the smallest and shortest carrot from the bowl and proudly displayed it out like it was a priceless artifact.

I look at his direction and met his deep but full of annoyance eyes, I showed him the same intensity, we looked at each other that way for a seconds when he sighed and break our eye contact. I smirk at that. I look at my plate and notice that I don't have any carrot left, I look at the boys plate and Benjie's the one who have a lot of carrots! He doesn't like vegetable! I was about to ask him when suddenly there's two plate of carrots in front of me! "Mommy, here." "Get it." I look at Mirk and Ziv plates in front of me. "Ahm.. baby you loves carrots too, right?" He nodded.

And the deeper it went, the better it felt. Suddenly, Madri realized what it was. The last carrot. Callista was shoving the last remaining carrot up her ass. What amazed me more was the fact that fire of blood could rest in a bowl and the book didn’t burn but when I put my hand I was burning that I could even felt the fire even in my intestines.
