This is the third in two months,” she grumbled as she stopped next to the cot that supported Jasper’s still body. “What does he think he is going to do with this one? The man is barely breathing.”

Her words are cold, I wonder if it is true, my eyes glancing at her, hurt. “What the hell is Seductive Vibrations?” Liam is looking at us both, waiting for an answer. We then, quickly took hold of the nearby fire hoses and tried to diminish the fire. "ELLIE!". Andrew Jackson called, and I turned around to see him approaching us from the street. "MAYOR!". I exclaimed. "WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?" I yelled back, but he didn't reply. He just stared at me wide eyed as he slowly pointed to a tool shop that was right next to the forest border.

This book is a slow burn with some spicy heat later on - and lots of it! It’s going to have a few M-M moments, possible triggers, and the heirs can have quite the potty mouths.

Jake pushes his way into the house and I follow, heading straight for Max's bedroom. As if he knows what he's doing, Jake starts searching Max's room, eventually finding a book full of photographs of Leanna. Ones she clearly doesn't know we're being taken. "I didn't know what I needed to tell the police." Jack says, offering the phone to Jake. "Leanna Woodson, she's with Max Carlisle, he's the one who attacked Nathan Graham, pretty sure he's the one stalking her too." Jake says into the phone and then he's grunting yes and no to whatever questions are being asked on the other end. "They're on their way, they'll find them."

I smiled and take a seat. "That's good I'm glad you went to him," Payton smiled. "Me too." We decided to binge-watch Criminal Minds when Martin walked in. "Did you start already?" he asked sitting next to me. "We were just about to," Jackson said pressing play. "What are we watching?" "Criminal Minds it's Brooke's favorite," Payton said laying in Jackson's arms. "Remind me never to get on her bad side," Jackson laugh making me roll my eyes. "Let's start."

The day goes by too quickly and both Kim and I are working tonight, so she rushes off at the end of the last lesson, leaving me cursing my brother's, knowing they're fucking around with some girls with no worries about making me late. Kian slips into the car with his nose in his phone and I sit texting Kim while waiting for Mason and Lloyd to appear, but when, after another ten minutes there's no sign, I head back in to find them. "You must be Heidi." I growl at the girl attached to Lloyd's face. She blushes, scooting off his lap and trying to do up her shirt without me seeing. "Jakey, come on, I don't do this when you're with Kim." Lloyd smirks up at me and I roll my eyes.

"Drop it, Brody." Brody held our gaze for a second longer, his eyes darting between my flushed face and Jaxson’s stony expression, before he finally snorted and shook his head. "Whatever, man. Just don't kill each other before the Michigan series." He clapped Jaxson on the shoulder and jogged ahead to catch up with the rest of the guys, leaving us alone in the echoing hallway. I let out a breath I didn’t realize I was holding, my shoulders dropping as I grabbed the handle of my duffel bag.
