They all bundled inside, with Germaine behind the wheel and Cordelia beside her, while the three men sat at the back. As Germaine made to start the car, Storm addressed her. "I may not know how to drive this box, but I believe I can get us to your abode in no time."

They half-ran across the lot, laughter breaking out as they reached Connor’s Jeep. “Shotgun.” Drew said, already yanking open the front. Leo barely had time to protest before he was shoved into the back seat. Drew, Zach, and Connor piled in after him, gear bags somehow multiplying as they went. “Go, go, go,” someone laughed. Across the lot, Jax unlocked his sleek Mustang without breaking stride, tossed his bag in the back, and slid into the driver’s seat completely unfazed by the chaos. Ryder jogged for the Jeep, and stopped short.
