Ava lets out a sigh as she looks at the mess running through half the house. “I just got this place clean,” she huffs, plopping down on the couch. “I have something that will make you feel better,” I say, pulling out one of the jars of peanut butter and handing it to her. A smile blooms on her face and she hurries past all the boxes to get a spoon from the kitchen. Ava walks back in, sucking on a mound of the brown sticky goop.
