she murmured. She looked at his stack of pens. Lucky for her, they weren't those average cheap ball pens. Damien had expensive taste. Adeline recognized them as one of those fancy fountain pens that cost almost a hundred dollars a piece. Adeline unscrewed them and took out the ink. All except for one. She simply drained most of the ink out then loosely screwed the tip back on. She stepped back and admired her handiwork. There's one more thing she should do. But what? she wondered. She walked back to the desk and opened the drawer.

"Are you kidding me? Give me my pen back." Silence. I purse my lips and not waiting for the answer anymore and simply reaching towards my pen, attempting to pull it out of Axel's hand, but he doesn't let me. "What the fuck?" he asks. "Give me back my pen." I hiss at him. "No. I need a pen. I'm keeping it." he hisses back. "How can you come to school without a pen?" "Simple. I don't take a fucking pen with you." he explains like I'm five years old and my nose flares.
