He knew it was a far-fetched excuse which would have caused them to look at him like he was crazy, and rightly, Kira looked at him confused and somewhat offended. Who in their right minds would believe such a blatant lie?
Anderson was hinting at something, and hopefully Carson would pick up on it. Thankfully, it worked, “Wait, nightmare? You mean what you said that day?” Carson had a look of realization on his face.
