Little Bird

Little bird came out the egg already dressed.

With feather jacket and hat.

He didn't even wait the father to see him, he was already trying to fly.

- There are so many things I want to see! There are even more things I want to do!

- Hey, birdie be careful! You are still petite. - Told the mother bird.

- Careless birds will end up in the cat's mouth! - Completed the father bird.

- In the cat's mouth! But it's dark and disgusting there! There is no other way? - Asked the bird with packed suitcases and ready to leave flight.

- Yes, dodgy, you stay here with your brothers until all this plumage falls. - Told the mother bird again.

- But it's tight here, and I don't have a good view of the sunset. - Complained birdie.

Mother and father birds were stunned by such cunning creature that was their young.

- Then we will do the following: until your plumage falls I will bring you every day a new object from the outside world, so at least you will not be bored. - proposed the father bird.

- Ok, if so then I stay. - Announced the little bird.

So passed the puny bird days.

As his parent promised, every day, the father bird would find a new bauble to entertain the kiddy bird. Until one day...

The little bird became a small bird, lost all his baby plumage, and had won beautiful blues ones. It was expected that he would be the first of his brothers to leave the nest.

But that was not the case. Small bird, the cunning, refused to leave!

He said he would help to maintain the nest and even get married, but no one would take him away!

And so, it happened. Or at least it was so until one day. While looking for worms on the lawn of a square, small bird met another small bird. The two loved each other at first sight.

But she told that she would only be with small bird if he built a nest for her!

- With lazy bird I don't get married! Then don't be a dog with a bone because you can fly! - Said little bird in a high and good tone.

And finally, it happened. Small bird opened its wings and flew away from the nest with its beloved. At this time, father and mother birds felt two things, pride, and longing. But now the two of them finally had time for each other, and so they lived the rest of their lives happily.

The two small birds had many chicks and when all they left the nest, they started to travel all over the world, to see and do a thousand things, living happily ever after too.
