Victor's dark pools bored into mine as his guttural order sliced through me to enforce his command, "Shift." And just like that, my knees buckled and I doubled over. Victor was there to catch me, laying my writhing body gently on the cool floor. I was in agony as every bone in my body broke to follow Victor's command. His hand cupped around my mouth to silence the blood-curdling screams that erupted from the chasm of my aching soul. I bit into his palm until the metallic taste of his blood lathered over my taste buds. "It's okay, it's okay," Victor cooed reassuringly as he carded his thick fingers through my hair, "it will all be over soon, I promise."

Victor's child. The revenge was ripening.

Kyara's POV The word whispered through me like a pulse, filling every fiber of my being. "Fight." Victor was only a few steps away, his outstretched hand mocking the guy I thought I loved. Behind him, tyranny reigned—the village was on fire, and screams of pain echoed through the night air. But just now, all I could see was him. His smug grin. His audacity. And Eric, lying broken at my feet, his breath shallow and weak.

Victor's warriors were beginning to falter, their movements slowing as their strength waned. And then, in a flash of inspiration, I saw my chance. With a fierce cry, I launched myself at Victor, my claws flashing in the sunlight. Victor tried to defend himself, but I was too fast, too strong. My claws tore through his defenses, striking true with deadly precision, as my fangs sank into his flesh, releasing their deadly Venom. He lay there frozen, unable to move, as I ripped him apart, each time I reminded myself of what he could have done to my baby, had we not got to her in time.

He’s thirty three but behaves like a teenager. His dad owns many fields in the village and bagged lot of wealth. Victor takes care of the harvested crops. He’ll take the village people in his vehicles to the city to sell the goods. Now he is here to piss the woman. After hearing his words the woman stood up turning around swiftly. Her bun was loosened letting her long hair which is past her butt flow in the wind like a river. Victor got down the truck and was mesmerized by her beauty.

It didn’t make him clean. “That village...” I swallowed. “I don’t know it. Not really. I was... gone, when I should’ve known places like that. People like that.” “It’s one of the oldest in our territory,” he said. “Mostly elders and farmers. Victor wants to hit where we’re weakest, not just in numbers—but in heart.” I felt the truth of that settle into my chest. He wasn’t just building an army. Victor was trying to destroy foundations. My voice was firmer this time. “You need to let me fight.”

I gotta get the hell out of this damn house. Hmm... Some men in black suits move in, intending to attack us with sticks and knives. They know how to fight, and I can tell they're Victor's people. They're surrounding us. You think you can catch me off guard? I’m sure they don’t want to attract the attention of the cops. "Victor loves playing games with me, so all I can do is accept his invitation," I say, squaring off against the men in black suits in this gloomy warehouse when I'm tightening my fists.

Jodi was, after all, only a young woman in her early twenties. "Whatever makes you happy." Victor neither agreed nor refused. But why did he suddenly feel a little excited? Jodi couldn't wait to start. "Okay, let's do that. When are we going?" "No better time than now," Terrence offered his opinion. Since both the supporting actors were so eager, Victor, being the main character, naturally wouldn't delay the show. Half an hour later, Victor arrived at Stanley's residential area. The area was noticeably more damaged, indicating that some fighting had taken place there last night.

Romano said with a wink,making Elijah and Randeep chuckle. "You said it correctly,Victor. I am lucky...lucky to have some loyal people around me." Elijah said ,patting Romano's back. I shook my head. These men are insane. "But your happy days are finished. " Victor said as he stood up. "First I kill your parents ,then you and then your men. I won't kill your wife...after all she is beautiful. I can marry her. " Victor said with a ugly smile. Elijah walked towards him and caught his throat in his hand.

I leaned back against the counter, drink in hand. We had attacked Alpha James’ main city center. They had some warriors waiting for us, but it was a measly amount compared to the force Victor brought and who I had sent down with Scott. “Why do they think we are easy picking? Do they think we don’t have lives? Children to protect? Families?” Victor ran a hand through his hair. I shrugged. “Frankly, I don’t give a rat’s ass what the man does in his own territory, but he can keep his territory where it is.”
