I've processed everything in my mind. Living with a pack of Werewolves, Check. Having a mate for life and death. Check. Having no say in this matter. Check. Mate is the King of all wolves. Double check.
When Melissa came to my room, I realized that maybe she too is a werewolf. I asked her the same thing.
She nodded "I am, but I m the weakest of the pack," said she.
"That day the mark on your neck, it was not a dog's claw right?" I asked her
She shakes her head "That was Madam Seline's claw mark, she told me to bring her tea and I got late"
Seline? She's here, come to think of it, I actually didn't meet Seline. And why would she claw this poor woman for a tiny mistake?
I hadn't known I'd asked the last question out loud until Melissa answered "She's not bad. She is just going rogue. It's been hard for her to stay human that's why she is mostly out in the forest or in her room"
I nod in understanding and changed the subject. " So what is it means to be mated?
