It was such a big relief when it was finally Luther's turn to be attended to. Eloise took in a deep, refreshing breath as though Luther’s breath had poisoned the air.
It made her skin crawl to have a man staring intensely at her, licking his lips, and undressing her with his eyes.
“ Finally, the freak is gone,” Laera commented as she typed away at her desk,
“ He's so disgusting, I mean…is there no law that says there's a limit at which you gawk at a girl?” Eloise asked with her voice laced with irritation.
“ We might as well just make one ourselves if there's none,” Laera replied.
