Jacob's eyes darkened as he glared at her.
Emma, unafraid, lifted her head and met his gaze head-on. “Don’t start acting crazy all of a sudden. I don’t feel well—I don’t want to fight with you.”
“Fine. No fighting.” His voice was low and dangerous. “Let’s do something else instead. We’ll keep at it until you’re pregnant. Otherwise, the supplements won’t stop.”
