Alex yelped in pain, coughing as the force jerked his head down.

His neck ached, and the smoke from the thug’s cigarette was so overpowering that it made his throat burn.

A voice came from the window—a slightly older thug, leaning back, smoking a cigarette, and picking his teeth after finishing his meal.

The younger thug, Blondie, finally pulled his hand back, clicking his tongue in annoyance.
