I get down and take a look around. Venus is right behind me as she takes a look at the rogues too. There are easily thirty of them and they are surrounding us in all the directions. They are in three circles around the two carriages. The trees are a bit farther and we are in an open space.
It took Edna only five minutes to reach us and her eyes go wide as she takes in the situation. Who the fuck asked her to come here in the first place? Moreover, what kind of an Alpha's heir or someone who wishes to be the future Queen is afraid at the sight of thirty Rogues?
The Rogues don't pay any attention to her as she walks forward, towards us. Her left hand is on her chest, probably calming her heart down. And her right hand is lifting up her heavy gown. And again, who the fuck decides to go for that attire when hours of journey is ahead?
