Venus's POV
Jacob, out of everyone! The one who is the chief in the royal army. I look at Alonso and my eyes go wide when I spot another movement behind him. But this time, he is the one to react quicker than me.
Within two minutes Alonso and I have Jacob and Charlie kneeling down. Jacob has a silver knife in his hand and Charlie with a silver dagger. Alonso's hunting eyes take one look around him to see if anyone dares another move.
But everyone's frozen and except for the kitchen utensils, no one is holding anything. One nod from me got the guards grabbing hold of Jacob and Charlie. Both of them are in the army by the way.
Once they were taken out and into the dungeons, Alonso and I sat but again, after taking another double check at our surroundings.
"Looks like we don't have time," I whisper and Alonso nods.
