André's POV
Finally, dinner was over, and I couldn't explain how happy I was that I had left the table.
The entire time, I had to sit with Olivia and keep an eye on everyone at the table. The men still stared at her, but they were a little more respectful than they had been earlier.
But nevertheless, my mate was still uncomfortable. She was barely able to get any food down her throat and I had to get a maid to bring some food to her room.
I put her to bed and then tip-toed out of the room. I went to Pierre's room and found Sephora there with him. I had told them to meet me here after dinner.
"How is Olivia, Alpha," Sephora asked, slightly worried.
I sighed and filed my arms across my chest.
"She will be fine. She just needs some rest. Dinner could have been worse. Jonas' family are weird and creepy."
"I agree."
"Me too," said Pierre.
I stole a glance at the pair. Sephora seemed more relaxed around Pierre. I could tell that she wasn't always in guard mode when she was around him.
