The maid handed Alpha Axel a tiny transparent bag, containing Ardolf's strand of hair. Axel examined it closely before nodding in approval.
"Thank you," he said to the maid, who curtsied and left the room.
Axel then pulled a strand of his own hair and put it in another bag. He made a call to the royal doctor, requesting him to come over immediately.
The doctor arrived promptly, and Axel wasted no time in explaining the situation. "I need a DNA test between these two samples," he said, handing over the bags.
The doctor nodded, not asking any questions. "It will be ready in twenty four hours," he assured Axel before leaving the room.
