A cut was made on I and Dravens right hands, and we shook hands, making sure there was exchange of blood. A charge of electricity flowed from my head to toe as we did, and this wasn’t the usual electric current I feel whenever Draven as much as touched me, it was different, making me feel even more powerful. Draven occasionally reached me through the mind link to make sure that I was okay, and I assured him I never felt better which was true. My beast felt more powerful, and my senses more alert.
