Our hands locked together, we run, our laughter echoing through the almost empty airport. We almost didn’t make it, if he hadn’t driven like a crazy person as he promised when he peppered kisses across my chest in his office, making me grab unto his hair.
“I told you we would make it.” he chuckles when we dash into plane.
