The serial killing has somehow stopped, and it's both good and bad thing. It's a good thing knowing that no one died because of her, yet. It's a bad thing, because it could be a sign that the serial killer has gone dormant. If that happens, there is no way to find the serial killer.
Marvin Sullivan and his partner, Fred were still working on finding anything that could lead them to the serial killer. The media, the regional government, and the majority of the citizen of Burton Grove are demanding justice. There's no way for them to give one as long as they don't have anything to go on.
"Marvin, how are you? How's your relationship with your wife? Is she talking to you again?" Fred asked while they are having their lunch.
