Caleb had slowed down when he spotted Heather earlier on. Now that Tyrone got him to trail after her, he immediately sped up and changed lanes to head in the direction that Heather was heading.
As Tyrone gave no instruction to invite Heather into the car, Caleb simply trailed after her a safe distance away.
Since Heather did not turn around, she was oblivious to the fact that there was a car following her. Her mind was a mess, and she felt a vast emptiness within. She simply walked aimlessly ahead without knowing where she should go.
"Where's Ms. Sutton headed?" Caleb asked curiously.
Tyrone frowned as he watched Heather from inside the car. Something seemed off about her!
Just then, the loud blaring of a car horn pierced through the silence of the night, and she noticed a blinding flash of light directed straight at her. Heather stopped and turned around in a daze. The light blinded her and forced her to close her eyes.
