Breakthrough. (Part—three)
Two hours later.
"Here, drink this.”
Taking the glass full of water with energy powder within it from his extended hand, I drank.
Time lapsed.
“I have calmed down, uncle.” I was. After toxifying most of the burden, I did feel lighter and much better than before.
“Are you sure?” Taking the glass, he left it on the glass table in front of us after making sure not a drop of it remained in the glass.
Breathing deeply, I blinked at him and nodded my head.
“I will get you properly checked. Your anxiety seems to have worsened in the past few days. Are you having trouble sleeping again?”
I was silent. Because it was true. It was the third time in a row I couldn't sleep. I was almost used to having power naps and could never sleep soundly.
At last, choosing to be truthful, I nodded. “It's harder to fall asleep lately.”
“Hm. I see.”
