Since Esteban didn’t want to reveal anything about this, Anna had already started to lose hope of asking him, but when he mentioned it again, she became curious.
"Actually, you see the house every day." Anna furrowed her brows at her husband's statement.
"It’s just in our area?" Esteban nodded in response. "Where is it?" Anna asked again.
Esteban pointed to the biggest house in the village, the one he was fixing up for Anna, and it was the largest and most expensive of them all. Esteban paused when Anna started laughing. "You're bragging again, what are you doing, Esteban? You could’ve just told me it’s not here, you bought a second-hand house, right? That’s too big and expensive, let’s go. Corinne’s waiting for me."
