"We'll be right there," I told Claire.
"Okay," Claire replied, then I heard her walk away.
After she'd gone, I quickly ate two slices of bread and gulped down the glass of milk on the tray because I didn't want to waste Vincenzo's effort.
"Let's go," I told Vincenzo.
"Are you not going to change into something else?" he asked, eyeing my pajamas disapprovingly.
"I don't think there's need for a change," I replied.
"There is. Your nipples are pointing at me."
I looked down at my chest and realized he was right. Deciding to listen to him, I snatched his jacket on the couch, wore it, and zipped up.
"Happy now?" I asked.
He smiled in satisfaction. "Perfect!"

Mr. Antonio and Anna stood up immediately they saw us approaching them.
Mr. Antonio bowed quickly, and Anna wanted to follow his lead, but I rushed forward and stopped her.
"What are you doing?" I scolded her quietly. "You're pregnant. I don't think Vincenzo would mind a nod from you."
