As she left the room, she turned back for a moment.
“But remember, you must not see Belle until after the ritual. The whole point is for her to feel powerful, if you see her, it will defeat the entire purpose of everything.”
I nodded and closed the door behind her.
I picked up my phone and dialed Alicia's number immediately.
She didn't pick even after the third ring and I figured that she could be busy.
All I had to do was get the kids to Alicia's for now and then somehow, I would get Roman out of the house .
Getting him out of the house was going to be the hard part because he was going to ask questions about what was going on and why I needed him to take Roman with him.
After what happened, I doubt he would feel free with letting me be alone. But I would have to find a way to get him to leave me.
