Anita has always been a workaholic, ever since her parents instilled in her the belief that she needed to possess such a trait to manage their family business. As a result, her internal body clock naturally wakes her up promptly at 5 am every single day, regardless of whether or not she wants to go to work.
She rose from her bed and prepared herself for the day's tasks. She took a shower, tidied her hair, and even checked her laptop for mails that needed urgent response.
After breakfast, she wondered aloud, "when will James call me?" She constantly glanced at her wristwatch. The time was 7:30 am, and she assumed James wouldn't call anymore. Just as she was about to come out of her house, her phone rang.
"Hello, Anita! How was your night?" James' voice on the other end greeted her.
"It was lovely! I thought you wouldn't call again. I usually leave so early to grab the food you want us to buy together," she replied.
