It has been more than a day since the incident at the party, and I have secluded myself in my room. I felt foolish being near Adrian thinking what happened at the party I was never invited to, and I was relieved that he didn't bring up the issue when we met the following day. However, my greatest fear arose two days later when I overheard Adrian talking to James.
