Amber's pov
I was under the running shower when my phone rang. The sound of the running water prevented me from the sound of the phone. When I later came out, nothing first drew my attention to my phone. I was sitting on my made up chair and I was facing the mirror placed against the wall. Adrian was with James watching a live soccer match and I do observe that Adrian was a favorite of football and he loves watching it with others. I guess the game was more enjoyable when it was being watched with others. I was midway to finish my light make-up because it was already evening, that was when the ringing of my phone on the bed drew my attention. I stood up and it was my grandmother who was calling me.
“Hi Grandma,” I took the phone to where I was sitting and combing my hair. The entire love of my parents and because they were no longer alive, I had poured all of them on my grandmother.
“So, how was your day?”
