"How long will it take you to get ready?" Dave raised his voice after sitting on the couch for over twenty minutes, waiting for Gwen to finish dressing in the bedroom. As he awaited a response from Gwen, he muttered to himself while glancing at the wall clock.
"It's nearly 5 pm. When are we going to Adrian's house? I don't even know why Adrian asked me to bring my girlfriend," he whispered slowly and quietly, ensuring Gwen wouldn't overhear.
"We're going to the home of a prominent man, Mr. Adrian. I can't take any chances. I need to dress elegantly. There will certainly be photos taken there. Dave doesn't know that all the pictures I take will be uploaded online," she thought. She was almost dressed, giving her face a final touch with a brush. Standing in front of the mirror, she smiled.
