“Breakfast? Why?” I asked Noah, who shrugged his shoulder as I raised my eyebrows. This was strange.
“Well, normally his deputy eats from our table, but you have never come there so thought of bringing it here,” he says to me.
‘Seems like we are being taken care of now’ Sage adds as I take the plate from Noah.
“Thank you, but it’s not necessary. I eat with the squad,” I say, and he shrugs, walking away.
Once I set the plate on one table, I make my way to the bed, changing into my training gear. Cargo pants with boots and vest. I put on a hoodie and then taste the food.
“Well, this is not bad” I mutter under my breath. I sat down and I smiled at myself. It seems like Lucius is good at this. I finished up my food and made my way out of the tent because I needed to cook for the rest of the squad. Just wish they could eat with everyone else.
