“Oh my, you look like a goddess, my lady,” One of the girls commented, brushing my hair back. I stared at my reflection in the mirror and narrowed my eyes.
On a normal day, I would have screamed in excitement at the transformation. But this wasn't a normal day. This was a bad day. In fact, the worst day.
“I don't like it,” I muttered.
The smiles on their face disappeared and they looked at me in confusion.
“Maybe I'll have the makeup artist redo it,” the girl said but I huffed in response.
"No need of that," I snapped, pushing her out of the way as I stood up.
“Try to put a smile on your face, my lady. It's your wedding day,” One of the girls commented, wearing a fake smile on her face.

“Didn't I say a few minutes ago that I don't want to get married? “ I growled and they shifted back, muttering inaudible apologies.
