I had made a mental note of all the comments my guests had made about the contestants, even Stacey. Some had been so open on how they were going to pin her to the wall until she screamed that if Paxton hadn’t handed me the bottle of whiskey, I may have made it. Everyone had chosen their rankings as to who would be the winner, the first to be cut from the games, who would be the best fighter, the best in bed, all of it. We had finished for the evening as I wandered through the tunnels with my third bottle of whiskey. I shoved my fingers through my hair, something I had done most of the night until the ends were sticking out in several directions.
I looked up, finding myself in the dorms of the contestants’ room. The scent of ylang ylang drew me in as I got closer. I looked up, seeing her name outside the door, as I grumbled to myself. I shouldn’t be here. Still, each time I tried to walk away, my wolf would reposition my feet until I was standing outside her door once more. Fuck
