Going to this ball was a bad idea.
But Jenna wouldn’t hear me out. She already selected three nice dresses for me, along with matching face masks.
I was a bit relieved that no one would know I was the rabid dog or tilapia Zilli. I would just be like every other girl in a mask.
Who knows, maybe I might even enjoy this ball.
I stepped out of the changing room and Jenna’s eyes widened.
“Oh my goodness! You look absolutely amazing,” she exclaimed and my cheeks coloured. “Now, we are going to do something about this hair of yours.”
“Why?” I asked. “No one knows my real hair colour…” I paused, realizing that the Terrors might have a clue. “What are you going to do to my hair?”
“We are going to dye and curl it. I think you are the only Wolverine with white hair, so if we just style it, they would know who you are,” she said.
