"Whether you like it or not, Fenrir, we have to do this!" I desperately held onto his arms as he attempted to walk away and call the doctor in charge of delivering our baby. I had been in labor for hours but was refusing to push because Fenrir hadn't agreed to my request of allowing our child to become the vessel for Draca. "You're not listening to me, and you're ignoring me as if I don't exist!" Tears streamed down my face. "I'm trying to ensure that you stay alive, and this is the only way."
