Few in the crowd nodded in agreement, while others did not stand on Liana's side, but this argument dragged on for so many chapters that they struggled to follow it. Both sides seemed to have their own logic, although Liana never defended herself. That's because it was never her intention to argue with them when she had the facts on her side. She didn't feel obligated to explain herself to Beatriz and Sheila. She simply knew that they had taken everything that belonged to her mother. So, it was time for them to face scarcity!
No one had the right to claim things that should belong to her mother, especially Sheila and Beatriz. She wouldn't hesitate to teach them a lesson if they were so stubborn.
However, it was still not time to point fingers, as her enemies had not yet made their move. She would lure them into playing their trump card, and then she would take that card and hit them with it!
