Chapter 13- Pack Meeting
Dad is fuming when I get back into his office. “Briar, take a seat.” He says through gritted teeth. “What about me, sir?” Judith asks, standing behind my chair. “Take a seat; if you are her right-hand lady, you must know this.” His voice is calmer to her than it was to me. “What did I do, Dad?” I question as I think over the last few minutes since I have left him.
