Sue, Mom’s right-hand lady, opens the door for us. “Please, come in.” She states before opening the door wider and standing out of our way to allow entrance. “Where are my parents?” I question her. “They will be back soon.” She struggles to state. “When did they leave?” King Aiden asks her, and immediately she gives him every answer he requests of her. “They left out the back door a few minutes before you got here. They told me to answer the door for you and seat you in the living room with tea until they returned.” “We will not require any refreshments or food while we are here; please cancel any plans you have made regarding those things.” He states before moving to the couch. “Please also note the time and announce when one hour has passed.” He says as he sits next to Onyx.
