"It will be good if you linger a bit over there. Right now, Newland seems to be more of badlands than new land" Mayor Mount chuckled. He was speaking with Brittany on phone. He ended the call and put the phone down.
"That's Mrs. Mount?" Reyes asked. He was supposed to know that already.
"Yeah, yeah" Mayor Mount nodded and sipped from a cup. "Newland is more of badland now with everything that is happening. The city hunter's expedition and other things" he said again to Reyes
"It is still home" it seemed Reyes didn't care about what he felt about Newland. He expressed his own mind.
"Home, but it will be better for them to be over there right now" Mayor Mount stated what he wanted.
"Funny. It's not like the city hunter is after someone like them" Reyes chuckled. Mayor Mount turned to look at him in the face. "I just miss Tracy and Mrs. Mount" he quickly added. It seemed he felt Mayor Mount was annoyed.
