Mr. L demanded, "Bring it to me yourself!"
Chelsey answered, "I'm sorry, Mr. L. It's inconvenient for me, so I may not be able to deliver the necklace personally to you."
Mr. L's message read, "I've already opened the door. Just bring the necklace to me."
Chelsey typed, "Huh?"
Mr. L insisted, "Bring it over!"
Chelsey read the text several times before understanding what Mr. L meant.
As it turned out, he was staying just right across from her. All she had to do was bring the necklace there.
And the person living opposite her was Lucas.
So, Mr. L's real identity was Lucas!
Chelsey finally caught on. L was just the first letter for "Lucas".
She could not help but feel foolish for not realizing it earlier. She wondered if Lucas was planning to give the necklace to Shannon.
Chelsey furrowed her brows. Nevertheless, she stood up with the necklace in her hand.
Jason looked at her with a puzzled expression.
