Aiden who had been listening to their conversation the whole time suddenly opened his mouth to ask;
"Are you trying to woo my mom uncle Louis?" He asked as he blinked innocently.
Both Alysssa and Louis stared at him in shock, not expecting such a question from him. Even though he sounded innocent, such a question was too mature to come from a child like him.
Shock wasn't the only emotion Louis was feeling. He could feel his face slowly get hot and a deep shade of pink found it's way to his cheeks. When Alyssa noticed how shy and uncomfortable he seemed, she decided to come to his aid.
"Louis isn't tryung to woo mommy, Aiden. He is just a really good friend of mine, right?" She asked as she stared at him, hoping that he would confirm her statement so the awkward situation would end.
Louis felt like he was under the spotlight as both mother and son stared deeply at him. He was tempted to agree with Alyssa but he just couldn't stay that way anymore.
