"Lucious!" I kept screaming his name like an insane lady while he carried me. I just didn't want him to take me away from the doctor.
My hatred had died down, and what I felt now was fear. The fear of what he would do to me when we got to our house
When he got to where he packed the car, he opened the door and threw me in the front seat before he stormed to the driver's seat.
I could still tell he was angry because he was holding the steering wheel so tightly that I thought he would rip it out, due to his anger.
As soon as he started the car, I swallowed nervously while a stream of tears trickled down my cheek to my chin, where they formed droplets before falling.
I was sweating despite the air conditioning in the car. I couldn't think straight, and again, he had caused me to be disoriented.
