Painful Memories!
Aurora's pov.
I groaned, feeling the pain from behind me as I slowly opened my eyes, only to be welcomed by the bright lightning in the room.
"Ahhh!" I groaned, constantly blinking so my eyes could adjust to the lighting in the room.
I tried to get up from where I was lying to understand where I was, but then the door opened from outside, only for me to see a doctor walk into the room.
"How are you feeling, Aurora?" The doctor had a notepad in his hands and a pen as he asked.
"I'm… I'm in pain." I responded, closing my eyes tightly as I sat up on the bed slowly and just then, I recalled one thing; my unborn child.
With a swift motion, I lifted my gaze to the doctor who suddenly looked startled by my reaction.
"Are you…" he was going to ask but then, I cut in with a sudden question.
"How's my child?" I asked curiously, my eyes darting around in panic at this point to see if I had probably given birth prematurely.
