Scarlet POV
We return back to school after the weekend. I prepare myself for school, trying to find a good outfit in my closet.
I pull out all the gown and none of them catches my attention. I will probably wear something different today.
I find a yellow long sleeve shirt and a trouser and quickly slip into them and grab my backpack as I go out of the room.
I didn’t see Jane when I woke up, I guess she left so early and I wonder why she didn’t inform me.
I’m in school early as usual, trying to look around if I will find Jane. I couldn’t spot her anywhere until the bell ring for us to get back to class.
Scarlet: My God, Jane where are you?
I panic, texting her as soon as I get into the class. Noah is already sitting quietly behind me.
I’m surprised that she replies quickly.
Jane: I’m sorry Scarlet, I had to leave for something urgent. I will see you when I’m back.
