“Wait, what? You’re telling me that he asked you again for another chance and that, you didn’t accept him? Why, Athena? For Christ’s sake, pareho na kayong nasa wastong edad! Kate was serious with her long dialogue over the phone. I told her about what had just happened after I came back to the office—minus the kiss. It was already lunch time here, and the time in Paris was five in the morning.
